As a Construction Health and Safety Specialist, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be instrumental in ensuring strategic goals and objectives outlined in the Health & Safety business plan are implemented to the highest of standard.Day-to-day, you’ll provide technical advice and guidance to senior project managers and operational teams around managing and monitoring Health & Safety during construction / CDM projects.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days on site at HM Naval Base Clyde and 2 days working from home.Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met. We are happy to consider flexible, blended working, including part-time, condensed hours, and job sharing.
