Established, high quality boutique commercial practice is looking to appoint an experienced construction solicitor specifically looking for a prominent and responsible role within a relatively compact property department. A following is not required but solid experience in contentious and non-contentious construction law from a reputable private practice firm within London or the regions is a re-requisite. Expertise in development work would be ideal. You will be fully supported by the real estate, banking and disputes teams and be given a substantial degree of autonomy and visibility.
