Introduction
This Invitation to Bid is for the Construction of the CMAM Headquarters in Zimpeto, Maputo City, Maputo Province, Mozambique, as further described in Section 5 of this ITB.
Suppliers which have experience to conduct construction works in Mozambique and can meet current tender requirements, are welcome to submit their bids.

Site visit is NOT MANDATORY however Suppliers who didn’t attend the site vists in the previously cancelled two contests are strongly encouraged to attend.
Site visit will be held on 15 August 2025, 10:00 Maputo time (GMT+2).

Bidders shall notify the focal point at least 1 days in advance as to whether or not they intend to participate in the site inspection and the details of their representatives who will attend.
Bidding under this tender requires submission of the Bank issued Bid Security. Bids submitted without a Bid Security will be rejected during the preliminary screening. Bid Security shall meet all the requirements as anounced in Section 3 Bid Data Sheet of the ITB document.
