Bid Security:
Required in the amount of USD: 5,000.00 (Five Thousand US Dollars)
Mandatory requirement – Bid Security should be valid for a period of 150 days from the date of initial deadline.

Form: Section 6- Form I- Form of Bid Security or Certified Cheque
UNDP reserves the right to reject any bid security when the information provided above cannot be verified by UNDP.
Acceptable forms of Bid Security:
☒ Bank Guarantee (See Form I: Bid Security)
☒ Any Bank-issued Check / Cashier’s Check / Certified Check
Note:
– In case a bidder is applying for both lots, the bidder must submit two separate bid securities: one for Lot 1 and another for Lot 2.
– If the Bid security is not valid for 150 days, the bid will not be considered for further evaluation.
– Personal and uncertified cheques are not acceptable and lead to rejection.
– The Insurance Company Guarantee Certificate is not acceptable.
A scanned copy of Bid Security document must be uploaded in QUANTUM. Bids submitted without Bid Security document will neither be accepted nor be included in the evaluation process
