Construction Project Manager
Location: Natural Resources Building- Olympia, WA
Work Hours and Partial Telework flexibility may be available and considered
Salary: $6,705.00 – $9,021.00 Monthly

Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects, including assisting in the development of contracts, project scheduling, and coordination with design firms and construction contractors to deliver construction projects for the agency.
- Manage project budgets and utilize effective cost control measures on projects.
- Document project progress and contractor compliance.
- Direct the work of consultants and assigned project support staff; monitor the work of contractors.
- Coordinate with partners for project site access and schedules. Communicate with partners on project details, contract details, and deletions.
- Coordinate selection of Architecture and/or Engineering firms and manage design contracts, inclusive of partner input.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or closely allied field AND (5) five or more years of construction project management experience; OR equivalent education and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in scheduling of design, contracting, and construction milestones.
- Experience in developing and organizing public works construction projects.
- Experience working with partners and the contracting team as a team player.
