Introduction
To strengthen inclusive and SDG-aligned development planning at the sub-national level, OSSAPSDGs and UNDP Nigeria are desirous of supporting the states to develop inclusive and SDG-aligned medium and long-term development plans based on their development priorities to be inspired by the iSDG model. Thus, UNDP seeks to procure the services of consultants who will work closely with focal states (Akwa Ibom, Kogi, Kwara, Lagos, Ondo, Plateau and Zamfara) to conduct a Costing exercise using a system dynamic model (SD) (inspired by the iSDG Model) that will lead to the development of SDG-based state development plans. Selected consultants for the costing exercise will work with other consultants conducting the needs assessment in the focal states as part of a team.

Reports to: The selected consultants shall work under the overall leadership/oversight of UNDP and OSSAPSDGs, also in a close working relationship with the TWG at the sub-national level and other consultants conducting the Needs Assessment throughout the period of the assignment.
Duty Station: Home-based with travel to the assigned states as appropriate.
Country: Nigeria
Duration and Type of Assignment: Two years for the three phases.
