  • Non-verbal communication – body language and tonality
  • Effects of attitudes, perception and cultures on the interpretation of non-verbal messages

Dealing With Challenging People & Situations

Holding Challenging Conversations

  • Understanding what challenging conversations, you might face
  • Creating the right environment – choosing the right method and setting to hold this conversation
  • Positioning difficult conversations – planning and preparation
  • Delivering difficult conversations and messages – structure
  • Changing behaviour by choosing a different perspective

Resolving Conflict

  • The types of conflict that exist and specific strategies to handle each one
  • Conflict management styles
  • Statements based on reasons vs expectations

  • Reviewing internal performance appraisal documentation

  1. Facilitation and presentation skill training

Facilitation skills

  • Define facilitation & identify its purpose
  • Understand the benefits of good facilitation
  • Master the role & focus of a facilitator
  • Learn effective tools for preparing for an effective facilitation session
  • Master techniques for effective facilitation
  • Learn how to help a group reach a consensus and a final solution,

Presentation Skills

  • Learn to design effective & engaging presentations

  • Select the most suitable delivery method based on the audience, the environment & the message being delivered

  • Master effective verbal & non-verbal communications techniques

  • Gain insight into effective techniques for calming nerves

  • Learn different tools to add diversity & interest to engage an audience

  • Learn to pump it up a notch to deliver higher energy presentations

    The consultant will be required to:

  • Liaise with DRC HR manager and Area HR focal on how training provide.

  • Conduct total 6 days and each round takes 3-days training of relevant session regarding on Essential business skill for staffs.

  • Analysis of results should be shared with final report. Results should be analysed on the individual level as well as the group level and should identify and highlight specific topics that need further improvement.
