Consultancy for H2H Fund Assessment

H2H is looking for a consultant/consultancy firm to assess, articulate, and compile evidence about the H2H Fund’s successes, impact, challenges, and opportunities, as well as to analyze how humanitarian funding is evolving, identify how the H2H Fund fits into this financing architecture, what its added value is, and where it should be further developed.
