The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with more than 75 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.
1. Tender purpose
The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for the Organisational Support Consultancy.
The objective of this consultancy is to provide organizational capacity support to HMH’s network of partners. The consultancy aims to enhance systems, management practices, and overall organizational development of the partners while fostering a culture of mutual learning and collaborative growth among partner organizations through knowledge exchange, joint trainings, and possibly staff exchanges.
Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs ‘’Annex 2 TOR’’.
2. Deadline for tender
The complete tender dossier in the English language can be downloaded by below link, before the deadline: 14 February 2024 at 22:00 (Amman, Jordan local time). The submission deadline will be 15 February 2024 at 22:00 (Amman, Jordan).

Any request for clarification has to be sent at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
