1. Tender Purpose
The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for the Strategy Support Consultancy
The objectives of this assignment are to provide HMH with the support needed for (i) the planning and operationalization of its strategy for 2024 in line with the outcomes of the partner-led strategy workshop that took place in 2023, (ii) development of guidance on key programmatic areas and (iii) support with strategic fundraising.
Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs ‘’Annex 2 TOR’’.
2. Deadline for tender

Any request for clarification has to be sent at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
