The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.
- Tender Purpose:
The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for the YOUTH LIVELIHOODS PROGRAMING Consultancy’’
The purpose of this consultancy will be twofold: i) to develop a Framing Paper with evidences (including data-based evidence) on engagement & impact on youth livelihood in MENA through NRC’s Education and LFS CCs interlinkages and integration; ii) through the revision and consolidation of existing resources and analysis of current practices within the Education and LFS CCs (globally & regionally) – including external resources of other actors implementing youth livelihood programming – develop a toolkit to serve as a guide for feasible implementation of the most effective and appropriate integrated response.
Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs ‘’Annex 2 TOR’’.
