Introduction : CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DOCUMENTATION OF THE RESULTS, RESOURCES AND LESSONS LEARNT UNDER THE GREEN VALUE CHAINS AND LESOTHO SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
SCOPE OF WORK The prospective consulting firm is expected to: 1. Upgrade the knowledge resources and research documents produced in the project. Review and edit the research and assessment reports produced in the project, to ensure coherence and clarity of language used Create a visually compelling document by creating infographics and information boxes to condense the report. Select/facilitate designing of illustrative cover pages and section dividers. Design page and chapter layout consistent to the report content and illustrations. Develop summary documents in form of brochures and informational primers on the report by developing and/or updating the presentations on the reports. 2. Document the project results and lessons, featuring the best practices generated by the project. Review project reports and engage project stakeholders and beneficiaries to consolidate main achievements of the project, across all the components of the project Determine the documented and undocumented positive and negative results emerging from project implementation. Develop focused information documents on the best practices emerging form the project Identify and document emerging lessons to inform decisions for scaling and design of similar projects. 3. Develop profiles and human stories of the project beneficiaries. Working with the project partners, identify and document selected project beneficiaries, across the project pillars (up to 40), including youth and women beneficiaries. Develop human stories to capture immediate results of the project and perspectives from the beneficiaries. Develop a project beneficiary report with full colour pictures, pictures and other media as may be necessary.
