UNDP Malaysia and GoM is seeking to procure the services of an organisation or consortium of agencies (Service Provider) to develop the Green Economy Framework and Model for Malaysia, undertaking a range of activities including research, consultations, and dissemination.

Remarks: Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is optional, but strongly encouraged. During the session, we will guide new suppliers through the Quantum registration process and provide detailed explanations of the RFP requirements.
