Description of the Assignment:  Consultancy to finalize the develop a Value for Money Methodology VfM assessment and deep dive Community Local Development, Social Safety Net, and Mobile Money with deep capacity building of the of the UNDP responsible partner Social Fund for Development (SFD)

 

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): [39 days over 5 months]

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
