Consultant

We are looking for national consultants to provide coaching and support to agribusinesses participating in the SME Loop. Experts will monitor progress, report on outcomes, and work closely with agricultural specialists to measure the impact of training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching sessions to agribusinesses.
• Track and monitor progress before and after coaching.
• Prepare reports on performance and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Agricultural Experts to assess training impact.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Agricultural Economics, or related field.
Language: Fluent English (C2 level).
Experience:

• 5+ years in entrepreneurship or SME support.
• 6+ years in agriculture training and curriculum preparation.
• 5+ years professional experience in the Middle East, including 2 years in Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Skills: Strong coaching, monitoring, reporting, and coordination skills with SMEs and technical teams.
