Project name: Emergency Relief to Typhoon Victims in the Philippines

Project period: September 26 to December 19,2023

Back-Donor ref. no.: DRFAC 10/23 (AW-150-020-010-107)

Back-Donor:  Disaster Relief Fund Advisory Committee of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“DRF”)

Partner Affiliate: Oxfam Hong Kong (“OHK”)

Executing Affiliate: Oxfam Pilipinas, Inc. (“Executing Affiliate”)

Objectives

The report is intended solely for the contracting parties involved in the Project and DRF and should not be used by any other parties or for any other purpose.

 


Scope of Work

The audit will be conducted in accordance with:

  • The International Standards on Auditing
  • The Hong Kong Standard on Auditing 700 (HKSA700) issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”) or equivalent for the form and content of the auditor’s report.
  • The requirements set forth in the grant letter issued by DRF
  • The requirements set forth in the Oxfam Project Agreement (“OPA”) between OHK and Executing Affiliate

The Engaged Auditor is expected to conduct an audit and obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes audit opinion.

Period of Engagement : February 02, 2024 until March 21, 2024


How to Apply

 

Application must include a curriculum vitae stating proponent’s relevant skills and experience to undertake the task. Additionally, sample portfolio and recent work must be attached to a letter of intent stating the proponent’s availability and capacity to deliver the scope of work within the specified timeframe and a proposed Activity plan for the over-all process and budget.
