Search for Common Ground, in partnership with key stakeholders, is at the forefront of addressing Gendered Online Hate Speech and Cyber Sexual and Gender Based Violence (CSGBV) in Sri Lanka. Now entering the fourth phase of our project, we are dedicated to strengthening the established response mechanisms in Sri Lanka.

We seek the support of a consultant to conduct a thorough analysis of relevant policy documents related to safe online engagement and critically evaluate these documents identifying their strengths, gaps, weaknesses and implications for Sri Lankan Social Media Users and provide recommendations for policy changes.
