Job Description:

The MIS Officer responsibilities include collection, collation and analysing of data including training at District and Block level. The responsible individual should also support in ensuring a proper overall data in the division they are working in.

Roles and responsibilities :

The major tasks, duties, and responsibilities are listed below:

• Data collection – Will ensure collection of data for the projects assigned.
• Data upload – Will ensure the required data is uploaded in the portal as per the demands and request of the programme
• Data validation – Will validate data that is collected and uploaded
• Data collation – Need to understand and collate data.
• Data analysis – Must have the ability to understand, analyse and map various data sources and use these data for better decision-making and help decision-makers to adopt the best course of action.
• Ensure timely completion of data entry of users and non-users counselled by the field team in the projects in/ assigned districts in the Database Management System
• Will work together with other members of the team to cross-train and provide backup to other team members.
• Will provide training support to the Government staff and project team.
• Provide the MIS reports to government officials and project team.
• Will adhere to all reporting systems, generate MIS reports, and share them with the Division Organizer
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
