BACKGROUND
The ILO aims to raise awareness among youth about accessing the labor market, with a special focus on the green economy, by equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to start and grow green businesses. This will be facilitated through a Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop, utilizing the ILO’s “Building My Future at Work” guide series:

How to organize my job search? https://www.ilo.org/publications/how-organize-my-job-search-step-step-guide-job-seekers-and-those-who

How to choose my future profession? https://www.ilo.org/publications/how-choose-my-future-profession-step-step-guide-job-seekers

How to work in the green economy in Iraq? https://www.ilo.org/publications/how-work-green-economy-guide-young-people-job-seekers-and-those-who-support
The ToT will prepare selected trainers to deliver these step-by-step guides to young people, ensuring the long-term sustainability of this knowledge transfer.
