[SCOPE OF TENDER]

The Greening the Central Bank of Eswatini Project (GCBEP) is set within the broader context of global efforts to combat climate change and transition to sustainable economies. The consulting firm will be responsible for coordinating and executing the project activities. The specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting a baseline assessment and benchmarking of greening financing efforts and Central Bank policies,
• Engaging with stakeholders and raising awareness among Central Bank staff and key stakeholders,
• Undertaking a comprehensive diagnostic study, including identifying potential entry points for action
• Assessing capacity gaps and providing recommendations for integrating climate-responsive policies into the financial supervisory and monetary policy framework,
• Developing training materials and conducting training for Central Bank staff and relevant stakeholders, that include but are not limited to government ministries,
• Developing a roadmap for greening the Central Bank’s financial services, products, and processes,
• Ensuring gender mainstreaming throughout the project activities,
• Overseeing and coordinating the work with the Central Bank and other key stakeholders.
