Contratação de consultoria (pessoa jurídica) para a análise e elaboração de documento técnico-estratégico – mapa do caminho (roadmap) – com foco na Transição para Longe dos Combustíveis Fósseis (TAFF), iniciativa liderada pela Presidência da COP30.
Solicita-se aos interessados que indiquem sua intenção de apresentar proposta criando uma resposta preliminar (draft response) no sistema, sem submetê-la imediatamente. Isso permitirá que o sistema envie notificações automáticas caso sejam realizadas alterações ou emitidos esclarecimentos relacionados à presente licitação.
Caso necessitem de esclarecimentos adicionais, os fornecedores deverão utilizar a funcionalidade de mensagens disponível no próprio sistema.
