ANÚNCIO DE CONCURSO
No quadro do projeto RISE, o Escritório Comum do PNUD, UNFPA e UNICEF em Cabo Verde, através do presente anúncio, faz saber que se encontra aberto o concurso destinado à:
- Consultoria para análise da perceção da comunidade educativa sobre desempenho do sistema educativo (UNDP-CPV-00034)
Por favor, note que este processo de concurso está a ser conduzido através do novo sistema de concursos online do PNUD (Quantum). As empresas que desejem apresentar uma proposta devem submetê-lo diretamente no sistema, de acordo com as orientações no RFP e seguindo as instruções do guia de utilizador.
Ficam desde já convidada as empresas interessadas para participarem na reunião de informação e potencial registo no novo sistema (Pre Proposal Meeting) a ter lugar às 11:00 do próximo dia 3 de novembro de 2023.
O PNUD reserva-se o direito de anular o concurso, caso as propostas concorrentes não apresentarem as condições mínimas estipuladas no caderno de encargos.
Será apenas contactada a empresa que for selecionado.
