Scope of work.
The main scope of work will cover:
- Utilizing consumer market research findings with focus on analyzing consumer behavior.
- Determining which markets to target.
- Performing competitor analysis.
- Developing a brand to distinguish the company from competitors.
- Establishing competitive pricing to improve affordability
- Creating promotional strategies across various media including consumer behavioral change campaign to improve acceptability
- Creating the necessary customer interface platforms including e.g. stock management and tracking systems and or applications to improve access
