The Content Admin Coordinator plays a key role in both our communications team and the wider team here at Echoes International. They will focus on editing and updating our weekly email and website content, making sure our websites remain well-designed and usable, with scope to implement improvements, with external IT support. They will also assist in sourcing, updating and proofreading content for our monthly magazine and other digital communications, such as our forthcoming app, ensuring all content is accurate, current and assists in prayer for mission.
Based primarily in our Paisley office, the successful candidate will also ensure that office admin is kept up to date, with particular responsibility for the administration of three associated trusts. As part of the wider Echoes International team, they will have responsibility for answering enquiries, by phone or email, coordinating the daily post and processing magazine subscriptions. They will also take responsibility for office logistics, as well as acting as a support to all our events, for example, managing audio/visual support.
This role would suit someone with administration experience and good literacy skills. Previous website content management experience would be desirable, although training will be given. Time-management, the ability to meet strict deadlines and excellent computer and database skills are all important in this role. Good interpersonal and team skills and pleasant telephone manner are essential.
Salary: c. £25,500 plus 10% pension contribution.
