1.Introduction

2. Expected Outputs

3. Agreement Details
• The Trainer will conduct in-person training sessions.
• The training sessions will be scheduled over a period of 3 days.
• The trainer will deliver a comprehensive training plan and post-training evaluation report.

4. Deliverables
• A detailed training plan, specifying the objectives, topics, and schedules.
• Training materials tailored to the specific needs of the staff.

5. Methodology

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content writing and media management, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proven expertise in various content writing techniques and media team management strategies.
• Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical knowledge to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in developing and delivering tailored training programs for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with the latest content writing tools and media management software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to guide participants in managing projects and content effectively.
