1.Introduction
Alphabet company seeks to engage a qualified content writing and media team management trainer to develop and deliver specialized training to media staff. The trainer will focus on enhancing content writing skills and effective media team management.

2. Expected Outputs
• Provide comprehensive training on content writing techniques, including:
i) Writing for various media formats
ii) Online content strategies
iii) News professional drafting
iv) Crafting compelling narratives and storytelling
v) Content editing and proofreading
• Enhance the participant’s ability to create engaging content for all major social media platforms.
• Equip participants with the necessary skills for effective media team management, including project coordination and teamwork.
• Support the integration of content writing and media management into the organization’s communication strategies.
• Provision of comprehensive post-training evaluations to measure participant comprehension and practical application of skills.
• Submission of a detailed report outlining training outcomes and recommendations for further development.

3. Agreement Details
• The Trainer will conduct in-person training sessions.
• The training sessions will be scheduled over a period of 3 days.
• The trainer will deliver a comprehensive training plan and post-training evaluation report.

4. Deliverables
• A detailed training plan, specifying the objectives, topics, and schedules.
• Training materials tailored to the specific needs of the staff.
• A final report summarizing the outcomes of the training sessions, including participant progress.
• Design a comprehensive training curriculum covering key aspects of content writing and media team management.

5. Methodology
• The Content Writing and Media Team Management Trainer will customize training materials to enhance participants’ writing skills and team coordination.
• Provide guidance on effective editing processes and tools for content refinement.
• Offer strategies for managing media projects and fostering team collaboration.
• Conduct post-training evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the training and identify additional support needs.

6. Preparation
• Preparation of all training materials and schedules in advance of the sessions.

• Ensuring all logistical arrangements for the training sessions are in place, including materials, venues, and technology.

7. Specific Tasks
• Design and develop the training curriculum and materials.
• Deliver training sessions as per the agreed schedule.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training through participant feedback and assessments.
• Write and submit a comprehensive training report to Alphabet company within 7 days of completing the training sessions.
