About the Role

 

To augment our manpower resources in the School, we are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join our NUS (SCALE) LET IEQ as a Contingent Staff

 

Reporting to the Controller (Process and Compliance), School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE), the incumbent would be instrumental in assisting in a range of administrative duties that would be needed to executed in an efficient and effective manner to support the smooth functioning of the unit.

 

This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

 

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for audit process improvements such as automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Administer smooth conduct of audits.
  • Manage compliance paperwork such as curation of audit processes and administer ad-hoc audits as directed by management.
  • Administer pre and post audit briefing for stakeholders.
  • Assist in response on matters related to compliance management.

Requirements

Academic & Professional Certification

  • Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications

 

Experience & Attributes

  • Preferably 1-2 years of related working experience
  • Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude
  • Excellent coordination and organization skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Strong team player who is meticulous, resourceful, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented and ambiguous work environment
  • Experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules (in particular, Campus Community, Student Records, Student Financials, Campus Self-Service, Academic Advisement) an added advantage

 

A copy of NRIC, academic certificates and transcripts from GCE O-level onwards should be uploaded via the online application portal.
