The West Coast Ocean Alliance (WCOA or Alliance) is requesting proposals to support meeting design, logistics, and facilitation for its in-person Annual Summit, a 2-2.5 day meeting scheduled for January 15-17, 2025 at Quinault Beach Resort in Ocean Shores, WA. The Annual Summit, will bring together Tribal, federal, and state government representatives gathered to build and strengthen relationships, discuss current Alliance-funded projects, and collaborate on developing our 5-year strategic plan. Please submit your proposal as a single PDF file to [email protected] by midnight (Pacific) Tuesday, August 13, 2024. Questions and requests for additional information should also be sent to [email protected].
If questions are received from potential applicants, a question and answer document will be added to the WCOA website.
A proposal may be selected without interviews by August 21. If interviews are necessary, they will be held August 22-September 4, with the final selection being made by September 11.
