Job description

Great Bookham – £25,000 – £27,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading law firm based in Sevenoaks as a Conveyancing Legal Administrator.

Please do not apply if you are looking for a training contract as this is not on offer with this role.

It would be advantageous if previous the candidate has previous Law Firm experience.
– Provide administrative support to the team and ensure smooth daily operations
– Manage and organize documents, files, and records
– Prepare new client file set up and correspondence
– Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
– Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
– Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

Skills

– Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in administrative tasks including document management and record keeping
– Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
