Description
Main functions
- Make Korean base sauce and make all kind of different Kimchi;
- Prepare and make ingredients for various Korean side dishes (Banchan);
- Prepare various ingredients and roll for Kimbap (Korean sushi) and Japchae (Korean glass noodle) for the lunch menu;
- Prepare special Korean BBQ sauce and marinate Galbi (Beef Ribs) and pork
Requirements and working conditions
- Educational level :
- Secondary – General Course (Diploma)
- Years of experience related to the job offer: 7 to 11 months experience
- Description of qualifications:
- Must have experience in Korean Cuisine. or
- Cookery Certificate or Diploma holder in Korean Cuisine.
- Languages asked for:
- spoken languages: French
- written languages: French
- Other languages or detail: English
- Salary offered: according to experience of: $16$ to $20 – per hour
- Number of hours per week: 40
