Description

Main functions

  • Make Korean base sauce and make all kind of different Kimchi;
  • Prepare and make ingredients for various Korean side dishes (Banchan);
  • Prepare various ingredients and roll for Kimbap (Korean sushi) and Japchae (Korean glass noodle) for the lunch menu;
  • Prepare special Korean BBQ sauce and marinate Galbi (Beef Ribs) and pork


Requirements and working conditions

  1. Educational level :
  • Secondary – General Course (Diploma)
  1. Years of experience related to the job offer: 7 to 11 months experience
  2. Description of qualifications:
  • Must have experience in Korean Cuisine. or
  • Cookery Certificate or Diploma holder in Korean Cuisine.
  1. Languages asked for:
  • spoken languages: French
  • written languages: French
  • Other languages or detail: English
  1. Salary offered: according to experience of: $16$ to $20 – per hour
  2. Number of hours per week: 40
