    • Main functions
    1. Job Description 
    • Make Korean base sauce and make all kinds of different Kimchi
    • Prepare and make ingredients for various Korean side dishes (banchan)
    • Prepare special Korean BBQ sauce and marinate Galbi (Beef ribs) and pork
    • May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
    • Can operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

    1. Job Requirements and working conditions
      • Educational level:
    • Secondary – General Course (Diploma) or
    • Vocational school diploma / Certificate
      • Years of experience related to the job offer:
    • Minimum 7 to 11 months experience in Korean cuisine
      • Description of qualifications:
    • Must have experience in Korean or
    • Cookery Certificate or Diploma holder in Korean
      • Languages asked for:
    • Spoken languages: French
    • Written languages: French
    • Other languages or detail: English

     

    1. Salary offered: according to experience of: $15,75 to $20,00 – per hour
