JOB SUMMARY:
CARE is looking for a reliable and organized Coordinator to assist with the management of daily processes and activities of the Corporate Partnerships Team. In this position, you will contribute to the team’s administrative capacity by assisting on projects, supporting data and knowledge management, and driving critical operational processes that enable CARE’s corporate revenue growth and stewardship processes. In addition, you will provide support to the new business team, ensuring consistent, strong project management, coordination of internal and external resources and execution of sales and stewardship deliverables.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Partnership Integration, this critical role will establish and maintain team operational processes, data and content management, gift processing, and administrative support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business Account Support & Business Development
Manage critical operational processes that enable CARE’s corporate revenue growth and stewardship processes (new business leads, GPF for new business team, contracts, acknowledgements, risk assessments, annual reporting, etc.)
- Support the development and implementation of consistent inbound inquiries, reviewing in-bound emails on daily basis, ensuring all inquiries are routed internally, sent to new business team (as a case in SF) or ignored/deleted, which includes:
- Provide basic account management support for entry level donors (low dollar (less than $10K), low potential for conversion to bigger partnership”
- Support sponsorship/cause agreements/documentation process for new business team
- Support invoicing and gift processing requests for new business team
- Support data entry on corporate payment portals for new business team
- Send donor W9 and other tax forms/acknowledgements as needed
- Support Cybergrants and other online grant applications for new business team
- Support coordination with OOP on any email/communications as needed
- Attend new business meetings and take notes
Team Operations and Communications
Team Operations
- Lead procurement and expense process for new business team (and others as needed)
- Support contract/legal review process for new business team (and others as needed)
- Maintain CARE board/financial documents (grants cheat sheet and FAQs) for easy access
- Coordinate systems between/across resource development channels
- Support Gifts in Kind (GIK) process as needed
- Support team logistics for donor meetings as needed
- Support team questions related to expenses, travel, procurement, etc.
- Manage team office and printing supplies as needed
Team Communications
- Maintain calendar, agenda & speakers for all Corporate Team meetings
- Support planning and logistics for all Corporate Team meetings & retreats
- Manage Corporate Team onboarding & offboarding processes
- Maintain Corporate Teams Site, including team calendar and channel organization/communications
- Coordinate information & communication flow between/across resource development channels
- Coordinate annual updates related to corporate partners (annual report, partner listing on website, etc.)
- Support rollout of team’s implementation of Microsoft Planner
Data & Knowledge Management
- Maintain CARE board/financial documents (grants cheat sheet and FAQs) for easy access in Teams
- Support new business team with prospect, lead, account, opportunity & contact management, this includes entering in new contacts and updating existing contacts and helping with putting contacts on key lists.
- Support new business sales and stewardship updates in tasks and activities (when needed)
- Support contact update project for new business team and others as needed
- Serve on Salesforce and SharePoint internal champions teams
Employee Engagement
- Support strategies to increase employee giving & corporate matches. This includes running monthly/quarterly workplace giving reports aggregated by company and providing analysis of corporate donations
- Consistently develop and post campaigns on third-party platforms. Track and assess revenue against posted projects to assess which are having greatest impact.
- Lead matching gifts and third-party giving backend management (GPFs, disbursement reports, certifications, marketing updates, reporting, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Non-profit Management, or a related field
- 2 -3 years of progressive experience in development and/or amin/operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in changing situations
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize requests
- Experience in project management
- Experience coordinating internal teams and working in a matrixed environment to achieve goals
