Momentum Collective is a registered charity and not-for-profit community services organisation creating real social change and inclusive opportunities. We have a proud 40 year track record operating in a suite of programs in disability, mental health, aged care, homelessness, social and affordable housing, family & domestic violence, child family and community services.
We believe in a shared or collective responsibility to help close these gaps and are looking for can do, positive people, to join our community movement.
In this role you will coordinate the delivery of day-to day services and supports, in a disability 24/7 residential setting, to deliver quality person-centred outcomes whilst ensuring service standards are met and programs are operated within program guidelines. You will facilitate and report on outcomes for clients and their families and take on a leadership role in bringing about a positive and thriving team culture.
This role can be based in either Pallara or Coomera.
About you
You will be passionate about providing high quality services to our clients, have fantastic coordination skills and experience with the ability to communicate effectively and foster a great team environment. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

Criteria:
- Cert IV in relevant industry Qualification and/or significant relevant experience
- Current Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Clearance Check
- Significant experience working in a community and/or disability setting/service (or similar).
- Ability to coordinate a complex workload by way of planning and organisation of priorities.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in comprehensive assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of services for clients.
- Previous experience in monitoring and reporting key performance indicators
- Capacity to interpret and work within relevant program guidelines and to monitor service provision within a given budget.
- Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness
