About the position

The General Services area is looking for a coordinator responsible for organizing, controlling and directing the services at the different points of sale, with the aim of maintaining the highest level of user satisfaction. In addition, he/she will assume various tasks assigned in the different areas of the General Services Unit, such as the Guest House, Conferences and Visitors, Catering and Cleaning.

  • Support and assist in the management of the kitchen in all matters, and replace the Production and Catering Coordinator when necessary in specific tasks.
  • Actively contribute to sustainability initiatives, environmental conservation and support efforts to reduce the carbon footprint.
  • Ensure and verify that event orders are fully prepared, with excellent presentation, and ensure their timely delivery to tables, providing high-quality service.
  • Ensure quality care for users who request services in the dining room, providing efficient service.
  • Provide personalized attention to complaints or incidents and resolve them in a timely manner, ensuring user satisfaction.
  • Strategically plan and distribute the tasks and work of additional waiters hired for events, based on the established schedule.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Unit’s objectives, goals and commitments, assuming additional tasks and functions according to the needs of the administration or the institution.
  • Adopt a positive attitude towards changes that require new ways of working and adapt to the new work culture, whether due to institutional strategy or force majeure events.

Education and Requirements

  • Professional in Business Administration or related fields. 
  • Minimum experience of 2 to 4 years in similar administrative and/or operational roles.
  • Experience in personnel management, to define the capabilities of your work team and guide them in their adaptation according to needs.
  • Intermediate level of English (oral and written).
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Schedule availability.
