As a Coordinator, Research Quality, you will:
- Support the Manager, Clinical Trials Governance and Sponsorship with the implementation of governance processes and procedures for clinical trials conducted within Deakin University.
- Develop the necessary documentation and reporting to support the management and coordination of research quality initiatives across the University.
- Develop, drive and promote initiatives that lead to responsible research practices and a culture of research quality across the university.
- Advise on the development of relevant policy, procedures and processes to support responsible research conduct.
- Actively support a culture of improvement by engaging with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory obligations are understood and regularly monitored.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A Degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in project management and/or administration in large complex organisations.
- Experience managing stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
