Job Duties
Duties & Responsibilities | Assists the Vice President of Student Academic Success in the development and oversight of all major initiatives designed to increase retention, persistence, graduation rates and success of students: Coordinates the development and implementation of the strategic plan for the consolidated units in the Division of Student Academic Success including the evidence-based “cohort driven” model of cross-divisional collaboration and Student Success Teams to reach the University’s goal of 41% 4-year graduation rates, 51% 5-year graduation rates and 61% 6-year graduation rates. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Manages the administrative functions including calendar invites and community activities of the Vice President for Student Academic Success. Develops presentations and other materials. Attends critical meetings and takes notes to stay informed. Coordinates the plans and funding provided for annual “kick off” meetings and standing meetings for units in the Division. Coordinates regular meetings of the Directors in the Division of Student Academic Success with the VP. Organizes meetings of local, state and national leaders to facilitate the successful development and implementation grants submitted and awarded. |
