The external facing corporate practice at this international consultancy and audit firm are looking to bring a senior associate into their corporate team, one of the largest practice groups in their legal team. They focus on corporate and business structuring projects ranging from significant multi-territory reorganisation projects to smaller intra-group reorganisations, as well as M&A and private equity work.Their clients include numerous household name MNCs and listed groups as well privately owned companies and inbound groups. Clients range from MNCs and listed groups, for whom the work is very much cross-border in nature and often done with other legal teams within their international network, to smaller privately owned companies, inbound groups and mid-tier PE houses. Their teams often work with tax, corporate finance, deals, advisory and other professionals from within their firm to deliver a joined up service to their clients.They are looking for experienced lawyers with a general corporate law and transactional background to join this busy, friendly team at a senior level, helping to support the continued expansion of the team. Very reasonable chargeable hour targets and good attitude to hybrid working and family friendly.
