QC Legal are looking to fill a Corporate Banking Associate job vacancy in Manchester. If you are, or are about to be, a qualified lawyer at NQ and up to 4yrs’ PQE level and you want to take your career to the next level then this is the opportunity for you.

The Role

• The finance practice is diverse and offers a variety of work from leveraged finance, real estate finance, corporate debt and asset-based lending. You will be working with colleagues who are ranked best in the industry in the legal directories.
• You will be joining our client’s Corporate Banking team where you will work for banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions.
• The firm offers a fantastic variety of work. It’s not just big ticket, high pressure transactions though – they also do a whole range of smaller matters, providing a great arena for mid-level associates to gain experience in a supportive environment. There is an opportunity to specialise, or gain experience in, many different areas.

You

• Will have strong transactional finance experience across a range of banking and finance law; knowledge of leveraged finance and corporate banking would be beneficial.
• Will have achieved your experience at a reputable firm.
• Will have good academic credentials, achieving a minimum 2:1 at Undergraduate level.
• Will be able to demonstrate great project and people management skills.
• Will be enthusiastic about business development with acute commercial awareness.
