Trees for Cities is an ambitious, far-reaching organisation. Trees for Cities is the only
charity working on a national and international scale to improve people’s lives by planting

You will build relationships with companies to manage funding up to £10,000 per year and
coordinate employees to volunteer and directly support our work to grow urban forests and
combat the effects of climate change. We are a rapidly growing and developing organisation that

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator is the first point of contact for companies at Trees for
Cities. They engage with companies interested in employee volunteering and/or funding
partnerships to deliver our goal of healthy, accessible and resilient urban forests for today
and future generations.
They are responsible for coordinating employee volunteering opportunities including producing
compelling volunteering materials, responding to corporate queries and bookings, managing the
volunteering calendar to support with project delivery, and ensuring effective systems and
processes.
The Coordinator will manage corporate partners for a range of funding options such as
charitable donations, cause-related marketing, and project sponsorship up to £10,000 per year.
They will support the Fundraising team to manage corporate income by conducting prospect
research and ethical evaluations, as well as database support.
We have achieved significant income growth since the start of our last strategy period – and
more is needed to address the increasing need for urban trees. We now look forward to our next
strategy in 2025 for even more ambitious plans – join us!
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage corporate enquiries, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience. This includes
providing rapid responses and directing to internal point of contacts as appropriate. - Act as the primary point of contact for companies to coordinate volunteering days,
including booking one-off corporate volunteering days or scheduling volunteering days as part
of existing partnership agreements. Volunteering opportunities may be in London, across the UK
or international. - Ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for corporate partners giving <£10,000
annually to Trees for Cities. This includes producing compelling organisational and project
communications, engaging promotional and stewardship materials, and managing necessary
administration such as invoices, agreements, and other donor requirements. - Work with colleagues in the Fundraising, Development, and Urban Forest teams to plan and
facilitate corporate volunteering opportunities across the UK. This may also include liaising
with third parties (landowners and delivery partners). - Conduct prospect research and ethical evaluations on prospective corporate partners.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records including through our CRM databases (Salesforce,
Monday.com, Donorfy), supporting the Fundraising team as needed.
