This opportunity offers a impressively high-calibre of client portfolio and genuine progression path for those seeking to enhance career potential.As Corporate Tax Manager you will be responsible for the management of a varied UK client portfolio consisting of large groups, owner-managed businesses and fast-growing entrepreneurial SME’s across a wide range of sectors. You will oversee the full compliance process, reviewing more basic compliance work as prepared by junior members of the team. Delivering exceptional client service will be a passion of yours, and you will enjoy building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients.You will also be involved with related client advisory queries, projects and research, including de-mergers, family business succession planning and shareholder exits.As Manager, you will play a key role in the management, mentorship and recruitment of team members, carrying out one-to-one reviews, training, and appraisals throughout the year. You will be CTA or CA qualified in order to assist the team with their own professional development and training. Prior experience at Tax Manager or Assistant Manager level is essential and those seeking a step up to Senior Manager are also encouraged to apply.The firm offer a very flexible/hybrid workplace and are known for their pragmatic, down-to-earth team and can also consider part-time or condensed working hours.
