Development and implementation of the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Communities (MNECC) of São Tomé Príncipe (STP) and the database of International Treaties ratified and signed by STP 2.1-Design and implement the MNECC’s official website, allowing for clarity and simplification of the information provided, increasing ease of access and transparency of the services provided by the MNECC to citizens. 2. 2-Development of a database, integrated into the website, to consult the treaties ratified and signed by STP Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
