About the Team and the Role
The team you will join is welcoming and knowledgeable and ready to collaborate to continually improve our systems and processes.
The Creation Space offers daily drop in sessions for adults in the morning, and children in the afternoon. A sample programme is available here: creation_space_weekly_drop-ins.pdf (nsw.gov.au).
Your role will be to coordinate the planning of those programmes. Often you will lead the delivery, or work with the library team to ensure high quality delivery.
The main purpose of this position is to lead and coordinate services in the Mosman Library Creation Space through programme planning, design and delivery. The Coordinator will work with other Mosman Library team members to ensure the Creation Space is fully activated.
About You
Part of the role will be ensuring the ongoing development of the library teams skills in the space. There will also be an opportunity to work with our local schools to support student digital literacy.
We know this is a lot. But it is great opportunity for the right person to walk into a creative space that is already functioning at a high level and make it even better.
In addition to the above you will also hold a valid Working with Children Check.
