Creative Content Support for International Women”s Day

UN Women, grounded in the vision of equality enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, works for the elimination of discrimination against women and girls; the empowerment of women; and the achievement of equality between women and men as partners and beneficiaries of development, human rights, humanitarian action and peace and security.

Context

International Women’s Day (IWD) 2026 takes place in the lead-up to the 70th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW70), creating a critical moment to amplify global advocacy on women’s and girls’ rights. The priority theme of CSW70—Ensuring and strengthening access to justice for all women and girls—calls for inclusive and equitable legal systems, the elimination of discriminatory laws, policies, and practices, and the dismantling of structural barriers that prevent women and girls from fully exercising their rights.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking passionate and creative Online Volunteers with graphic design and content creating skills to support our campaign for the International Women”s Day, 2026.
Online Volunteers will:- Create original social media visuals (graphics, videos, reels, animations, etc.) aligned with the campaign theme.- Promote UN Women Türkiye’s official IWD campaign- Share content on their own platforms to amplify the message and engage their communities.

– Help raise awareness about women”s rights

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a global movement and use creativity for social impact.

Required Skills and Experience

– Experience in graphic design, video editing, or social media content creation

– Familiarity with gender equality and human rights topics is a plus

– Ability to work independently and creatively

– Access to design tools or platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
