Driven by creativity and inspired by the future, we set out every day to reframe the possible.The RoleWe are looking for a producer (mid-senior) to join our London-based Immersive team, working on exciting Immersive projects bridging the gap between our VFX and realtime workflows.The ideal candidate would be capable of owning production on multiple client-facing projects as well as managing internal technology stakeholders, consisting of a variety of disciplines – not limited to programmers, technical artists and asset builders. This role would suit a producer who is looking to own more than the production itself and will be an opportunity to learn and develop management skills in a tech-focused environment.You will be expected to work closely with the HOD and Creative Technology Director/Real-time supervisor(s). As well as being responsible for London-based projects, the producer will be expected to liaise with international Immersive colleagues and teams beyond Immersive on shared projects and initiatives.What you’ll do:Manage budgets, schedules, and project milestones – anticipating opportunities, challenges and pressure points and thinking strategically about how to address themLiaise with clients on bids, reports, approvals, cash flow and change ordersCollaborate daily with project teams and key support departments to ensure high-quality project deliveryProvide regular status updates to clients, management, and internal teamsSupport the HOD, EP, and sales teams in pitching and bidding for new businessCore ExperienceProven track record of producing XR or real-time-based projectsExtensive experience as a producer in Digital, Creative Tech, VFX, Games or similar industryHighly technical, with a thorough understanding of CG workflowsOrganised with first-class time/project management skillsExcellent client and crew management skillsProven ability to prioritise conflicting tasksProven ability to manage high-revenue budgetsDesirable ExperienceScrum Master certifiedExperience deploying and managing LBE installationsExperience working with XRAccessibility StatementOur London studio is fully accessible, with step-free entry, accessible toilets on all floors, and quiet spaces available.
