This is a standout opportunity for experienced Credit Controllers looking for a new challenge in the Leeds area. You will be working for a well-established property business, who require a candidate prepared for a fast-paced environment.The candidate’s responsibilities include:

• Full Credit Control responsibilities
• Direct chasing of customer invoices
• Creating weekly & monthly BACs files, for bank submission
• Training/Mentoring new starters.
• Maintaining full responsibility for adhering to payment plans.
• Regular customer contact by phone, fax and email,
• Posting of cash received for allocated accounts.
• Raising of commercial and manual invoices
• Maintain accurate and up to date customer details and account records.
• Collection of overdue accounts
• Posting ledger transactions.
• Issuing applications / Invoices and supporting documentation.
• Query handing and investigation.

The ideal Candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Demonstrating the initiative to take ownership of personal workload whilst contributing as an integral part of the wider finance team.
• A high level of excel is preferred.
• Accuracy and efficiency attributed to all aspects of work.
• Key communication skills.
• Previous experience within a high-volume Credit Control role
