A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Criminal Legal Secretary to join a well-respected Criminal Defence and Regulatory Law firm in Manchester supporting the criminal solicitors on a day to day basis.You will be required to have previously worked as a Legal Secretary, criminal experience would be advantageous but not essential.Hours – 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Friday fully office basedLocation – ManchesterThe firm have a close knit team and you will be required to be a good team player and enjoy working within a busy team environment.Duties include

• Typing general correspondence
• Preparing enclosures
• Opening and closing files
• Responding to client enquiries via email and telephone
• Dealing with expenses
• Diary management
• Travel and accommodation arrangements
