The Opportunity
The CRM and Digital Marketing Specialist is a 12 month fixed-term role based in Sandringham. The position works within a small and dynamic Marketing and Communications team and will provide skill and expertise in the use of Salesforce and Campaign Monitor to level-up our marketing campaigns and boost our stakeholder engagement.
You’ll collaborate on creating innovative and engaging communications and campaigns, and implement them through the use of our CRM, monitoring and bolstering their effectiveness, driving great engagement, and delivering analysis with actionable insights for future success. You’ll also be instrumental in supporting the implementation of our Website Redevelopment Project.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Implementing marketing and communications initiatives through the use of Salesforce and Campaign Monitor that grow brand recognition and reputation to increase support and donations.
- Collaborating with Marketing & Communications colleagues to ensure alignment of all marketing content developed to Family Life’s brand, purpose, tone of voice and style guide.
- Updating and maintaining the website and reporting on performance through web analytics.
- Supporting internal stakeholders to implement marketing initiatives to meet program specific objectives, through the use of marketing automation where appropriate.
- Creating, scheduling and reporting on all email marketing campaigns, focusing on delivery optimisation, unsubscribe management, list growth strategy and contact rules management.
- Analysing, identifying and creating audience segments to be used for targeted campaigns.
- Tracking, reporting, and delivering insights on campaign performance.
- Development and generation of data intelligence and reports.
- Identifying CRM process improvements and liaising with internal/external development team to implement those.
- Establishing and implementing best practices for database marketing processes, measurement, evaluation, data capture and maintenance.
- Maintaining and growing community and other key stakeholder relationships.
Our Ideal Candidate
You’re a marketing professional, adept at creating engaging content but passionate about data and analytics. You understand the value of customer data, the need to protect, grow and maintain its integrity as well as ensuring the communications we’re sending are relevant, timely and align with organisational objectives. Experience in building and maintaining websites would be a great skill set for the role. You’re a team player, great communicator, creative, versatile and love the detail of ‘nuts and bolts’ marketing.
