Join our expert CRM communications team, based in Marketing and Communications, and support thousands of prospective students in applying to the university.
We use direct email to inform, inspire and support prospective students and encourage engagement with our events, services and website. As a member of this small team you will play a key role in students their application journey, from initial enquiry to enrolment and beyond.
In this maternity cover role you will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of CRM and direct email communications and related content covering all stages of the recruitment cycle, helping ensure student recruitment targets are met and that students are engaged and supported throughout their application journey. Development, delivery and evaluation of CRM and direct email communications campaigns for all stages of the recruitment cycle for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Reporting to the CRM Communications Manager you will join a highly professional and motivated department which collaborates closely with colleagues from across the university.
Interviews are expected to take place in the week commencing 5th of February 2024.
This is a permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) post. The University operates an agile working policy which allows you to split your time between working in the office (on our Moulsecoomb campus) and at home. The nature of student recruitment operations means some weekend and evening work is required in this post.
