Join us in our mission of Designing Kitchens for Life!Salary – £30,000What you’ll be doingSupporting and delivering the company’s CRM strategy, you’ll drive brand engagement, acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.Owning CRM activity planning, you’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to develop customer CRM journeys, manage workflow and deliver KPIS. You will coordinate the creation of assets and landing pages to ensure a seamless user journey across all channels. Alongside this you’ll ensure all activity is on brand and aligns with the wider marketing calendar and content plans.You’ll build collaborative relationships across the wider team to gain a greater understanding of the trade and consumer customer base through insight, segmentation and data analysis.By managing aspects of email, SMS & direct mail marketing activity across both Retail and Trade, alongside planning, managing and delivering CRM strategies, your aim will be to encourage repeat business, retention and loyalty.Understanding and identifying opportunities with current the CRM system in terms of usability and business reporting, including identifying technologies required, you’ll strengthen the existing CRM approach.Your skillset for performance:

  • Qualified to degree level in Marketing, IT or a Business-related subject
  • Experience of working in a busy marketing department with specific experience in email marketing / CRM, ideally across brands.
  • Hold a good understanding of customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
  • Experience of Adobe creative suite/Photoshop is beneficial
  • A flair for writing engaging copy and subject lines to target audience segments
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
