The successful applicant will be responsible for

• Building and nurturing the relationships with key customers within the medical imaging equipment department
• Providing excellent customer care, with a view to contract retention and growth
• Building an extensive knowledge of customer service needs

Your Background – Customer Operations Manager, Medical Imaging SystemsTo apply, you should be able to demonstrate one of the following:

• A background working as a medical imaging field service manager or a radiology manager with a clinical background
• A background in a medical or biomedical engineer role
• Experience working with MRI, CT or x-ray systems
• Experience in account management, business development or customer management
